As a Graduate Allied Health professional - Physiotherapist, based in our Home Care office at Salisbury South, you will provide high quality contemporary Allied Health services to Helping Hand clients that promote the Helping Hand brand and ensure that the services being delivered are underpinned by Wellness and Reablement framework. The Graduate Allied Health Professional provides services to the client within their relevant scope of practice.
What you’ll bring
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Degree in Physiotherapy and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated knowledge in assessment and delivery of evidence-based practice.
- Sound knowledge about Continuous Quality Improvement Principles.
- High level of interpersonal skills for solving complex problems, being flexible, agile and adapting to needs of others.
- Ability to plan, set and achieve goals and key responsibilities.
- Skills to be able to use MS Office at an intermediate/advanced level, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- A valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or be willing to obtain one.
- Access to private motor vehicle and a current Driver’s Licence.
You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following:
- Sound knowledge and experience in providing health and community services programs including Consumer Directed Care (CDC).
- Knowledge of local health services and networks.
- Knowledge of “My Aged Care” Government assessment and funding programs.
- Aged Care experience.
