Based in Adelaide Metro, as our invaluable Exercise Physiology - Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for developing and delivering Exercise Physiology services in the community across Metro Adelaide areas.
The Exercise Physiology - Clinical Lead is a professional role within the My Wellbeing service within the Home Care division and works closely with Allied Health professionals, Nursing staff and other staff within Home Care.
You'll also make an impact by:
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to support the learning of students and new graduates, while building and sustaining external networks related to home care support services.
- Developing and monitoring processes and standards to ensure exceptional customer service for clients.
- Monitoring the workplace to manage risks effectively and ensuring that health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines are implemented and overseen.
What you’ll bring
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Recognised tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology and Exercise Science with current ESSA Accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
- Experience in the community services and health sector, including supervising staff and students involved in the provision of Exercise Physiology services.
- Demonstrated experience providing Exercise Physiology services to adult clients in rehabilitative environments.
- Demonstrated professional and organisational skills to efficiently meet the needs of clients, staff and other stakeholders
- A valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or be willing to obtain one
- A Current CPR and First Aid certificate
- A current Driver’s Licence and access to private motor vehicle

- Experience in management or leadership of a clinical service
