Based in Tranmere, as our Data and Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to generate performance reports and visualizations across Helping Hand's business units, facilitating evidence-based decision-making internally and meeting the information needs of external stakeholders. 

The Data and Reporting Analyst will establish and maintain strong relationships with data owners across the organization to more effectively address the business's technology and reporting requirements.

You’ll also make an impact by:

  • Designing, developing, automating and monitoring intuitive, interactive standardized visualisations for internal customers.
  • Designing and communicating business rules to ensure all data is captured to enable reporting needs to be met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Identifying, analysing and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets providing insights and recommendations to inform decision making.

 

What you’ll bring 

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Data Analysis education and certification.
  • Proven experience (2 to 3 years) in reporting and data analytics.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL databases, Microsoft Azure, Power BI and SSRS.
  • Experience working in a hybrid cloud/on-premises environment.
  • Valid NDIS worker screening clearance or be willing to obtain one.

You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following: 

  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the aged care sector.
  • Highly organised mindset with the ability to assess the urgency of work.
