An exciting opportunity exists at our Tranmere office for a Human Resources Coordinator on a 12 month maximum term contract.

Based at our Tranmere office, as our invaluable Human Resources Coordinator, you will be providing support to the HR Services Team and managers across the business in the efficient delivery and management of recruitment, onboarding, internal transfers, contract management / administration, data management and reporting in accordance with legislative requirements and Helping Hand policies.

 

You’ll also make an impact by:

  • Supporting hiring managers and Recruitment Team with recruitment, maintaining standards and process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Administering changes in employment conditions accurately and in accordance with relevant awards/agreements and legislative requirements.
  • Providing support and assistance to the HR Services Team and work across other teams to assist in the delivery of services to meet organisation and team goals.  
  • Assisting in the development of a high quality focus business environment that achieves and promotes continual process improvement in service delivery.

 

What you’ll bring 

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in generalist HR and/or Recruitment.
  • Excellent relationship building skills to address and respond to internal and external requests
  • High degree of attention to detail, initiative, flexibility, time management and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Intermediate / Advanced skills using Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Current Driver’s License
  • A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or be willing to obtain one

You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have:

  • Experience in aged care industry
  • Knowledge and understanding of Human Resource Information Systems(HRIS) and Project coordination.
