A leader at Home Care (Metro), as a Workforce Team Leader you will be responsible to support, mentor and supervise the Workforce Support Team to provide a range of services including rostering, workforce management and planning, training and induction and workforce compliance functions. The Home Care Services team works together to provide a wide range of services to meet the individual needs of clients in their homes in Metropolitan Adelaide and Regional South Australia. 

  

You’ll also make an impact by:

  • Leading team to ensuring effective and efficient delivery of all services.
  • Identifying and proposing systemic and innovative solutions to remedy gaps and achieving improvements in rostering and Workforce related matters across Helping Hand’s Home Care business.
  • Coordinating and maintaining quality systems and striving for continuous improvement.
  • Initiating follow-up actions arising from meetings, reports, requests from internal /external stakeholders etc. and coordinating in line with continuous improvement activities and reporting.

 

What you’ll bring 

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in leading a team, staff development, performance management and in facilitating positive working environments.
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail and extensive experience in managing sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to think logically, interpret, assess, analyse, and review information and issues as well as provide clear arguments and effective solutions.
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or be willing to obtain one.

You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following:

  • Certificate 3 in Business Administration or similar qualification
  • A current Driver’s Licence
  • Knowledge and understanding of the legislative and quality requirements applicable to Aged Care.
  • Experience in the Aged Care industry.
