Based in Salisbury South, Our Home Care Team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Workforce Rostering Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis.

The Workforce Rostering Coordinator is responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of employee scheduling within the Home Care organisation. This role plays a crucial role in optimizing workforce utilization and ensuring that staffing levels align with operational needs. 

Our Workforce Rostering Coordinators establish and maintain both internal and external relationships to deliver on the Home Care divisions service objectives and are the key liaison between staff and the management team.  

 

What you’ll bring 

You will be a confident person who thrives in a busy environment and has a strong passion for providing exceptional customer service. No two days are the same in this role, and if you consider yourself a person that enjoys variety in your workday, this is the role for you! 

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in staff coordination, roster management using our electronic roster system
  • High accuracy data entry and strong attention to detail
  • Organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Proven ability to think logically, interpret, assess, analyze, and review information
  • Knowledge of awards and their application to rostering and workforce management
  • Effective planning and time management skills in a high-volume work environment
  • Computer proficiency in the operation of Windows based software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and cloud-based technologies.
  • Experience in managing sensitive and confidential information
  • A valid NDIS Worker Screening check or be willing to obtain one

You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following:

  • Knowledge of the legislative and quality requirements applicable to Aged Care
  • Experience working in Aged Care
